BOATYARD POLICIES

PAYMENT TERMS
a. A 15% deposit of the estimated cost is required to schedule entry to the shipyard.
b. All services must be paid in full before the boat is launched.
c. Payments can be made by bank transfer, check, card, or cash.
d. Any additional work not included in the initial quote will be quoted and approved by the shipowner or captain before being performed.

LAY DAYS
a. If the customer delays the launch for reasons not attributable to the shipyard, lay day charges will continue to apply.
b. If the vessel is not picked up within the agreed time frame, the shipyard reserves the right to move it to another area at an additional cost.
c. Prolonged stay without technical activity may be subject to special rates depending on space availability.

SAFETY, ACCESS, AND THIRD-PARTY WORK
a. Only authorized personnel and boat owners are permitted access to work areas.
b. Visitors must register at the entrance and be accompanied by shipyard personnel.
c. External suppliers or technicians are not permitted to enter the shipyard to perform work without prior authorization.
d. All technical or maintenance work must be performed by shipyard staff or personnel approved by management.
e. In the case of exceptional authorization, the external technician must submit a daily entry registration to the office.
f. Bercovich Boatyard is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters.
